TOE procedure. Sailed it

I had my TOE procedure this moring, and thankfully it wasn't as bad as anticipated.

The swallowing bit is definitely the worst aspect, with a bit of double vision for a while.

Currently waiting an hour to carry out a swallow test before hopefully being discharged.

Good stuff, bet you're glad it's over. Waiting for procedures can sometimes be the worst part. Hope you get home shortly

Yes, thankfully it wasn't as bad as expected.

Throat a little sore, but not as heavily sedated as I'd expected.

Already had my hospital lunch and waiting for the other half to come and pick me up.
