Another question, I have in recent weeks developed abdominal pain and cramping that comes and goes and is very much like really bad hunger pains. I've not idea if it's totally unrelated but wondered if anyone else experienced that?

Possible medication issues. I can't tolerate Aspirin and given its such a simple drug it can cause the symptoms you describe. Hope this helps
