m a 31yo female mother of one v been over weight all my life i now have dibeities an compaction from having it i dont want to be a size but i do want to have energy an the ability to play outside with my son iv tryed so many diets an exercises but iv never been able to stick with anything the only thing iv ever been able to stick with is taking laxative after i eat but i still never get below 300 pounds i cant get my surges under control an im losing the battle of my health im at the edge an i need help
