I am 5' 6" and weigh 175 lbs; keep going up and down with weight but still 170 + and I hate it. I do tons of walking and still don't lose crap of weight. Not saying that I'm fat; because I don't think anybody is fat, but not satisfied with weight.

Thanks, the problem is I hardly eat anything and I walk so much, that I feel like I've walked to california and back

Thanks, I'm just very self-conscious, pessimistic about myself and no I don't exactly want to be an hour glass, but want to lose the blob in the front

I eat, but not a lot. The problem I do have though is I'm a sodaholic

I used to be a sodaholic myself. I understand how hard it is to give that up. So I eventually forced myself to stop buying any and replaced it with juice, water, tea or coffee. Anything besides soda will help. Soda is the main reason I was overweight in the first place. Once I stopped drinking it I felt and looked so much better. I still have some self-confidence issues though but its nowhere near as bad as it used to be. Good Luck ^.^

The problem is I'm so addicted to soda like a crack addict (sorry to anybody that I may have offended) that I live with it like t's going out of style. I try to do the juice and tea but doesn't seem to work and I'm not much of a coffee person, but when I do drink it, I put so much sugar in it that you can hardly taste the actual coffee and can't stand black coffee
