Am 20yrs of age and i have been masturbating for a while now and i think am feeling strong pains in my thighs and also serious pains around my abdomen i cant even run now anytime i try to run then i begin to feel this pains...i want to know if its a normal thing or what should i do..please i need ur help...am a footballer and am losing strength now!
