I am not sure what you are referring to . I cannot see any spots or changes from the normal in that pic. Can you highlight them please.

Ok well whatever you are concerned about, the photograph is too far away to be able to see anything. I needs to be much closer up and with the areas of concern highlighted. From this distance everything looks normal. You should attend a sexual health unit if anxious for routine examination.
