As long as you take the next pack of pills on time you are protected now in the ‘week off’. It should explain it in the instructions inside the packet/ box of pills. Or Google the brand name of the pill and find the instructions
Hi, no reason to be worried. You are still protected even when you take the 1 week break. Just make sure not to exceed the one week break and as then you won’t be protected 🙂
