I’m really worried about my discharge

Can you please give us more details? It's difficult for us to help you with so little information:

- when did you notice something was wrong?

- was it after sex with a new partner?

- what did you notice? Was it change in colour, blood-stained, itchy, strong odour?

- has this happened before?

Hi

I have had a while and my underwear gets wet a lot and smells horrible and it’s a Mixture of colours

Odour can be associated with bacterial vaginosis. As Adhari has previously posted, there are over the counter tests that can be bought in UK pharmacies , and even some treatments ( vaginal acidifiers ) which may work in some cases. If any new sexual contact, when COVID has calmed down, you could consider a sexual health screen, or order a kit on line if available in your area.
