This could be bacterial vaginosis. sexwise.fpa.org.uk/stis/bac... There are some over the counter tests and treatments ( which are not antibiotics ) which may help. If your symptoms persist after this, you may require antibiotic treatment ( GP phone call during COVID , or sexual health clinic ( phone call initially for triage ) . If you have had a new sexual contact since your last sti screen, sti testing would be recommended also. Partners of BV do not require treatment.
