I'm always feeling tired, hair loss, weight loss, tested STI result negetive. Blood test shows iron level low. Pls advise what it could be.

sounds like you may be anemic if iron level low. what did your blood work show for hemoglobin level? if you do not have a confirmed sexually transmitted disease, do not focus in this area. talk to you doctor, BEFORE taking iron supplements, as general rule men do NOT supplement with iron, it is harmful to men, but check with MD to be safe.

Although you need to get checked out for STI's (including HIV, syphilis and hepatitis) there could be any number of causes for your symptoms, including things like thyroid trouble and depression.

Book in with your family doctor and get a good check up.

Sorry for late reply I did check all sti and result still neg. One of my sexual partner had lump on her vaginal area including fever, hair loss, weight loss and fatigue. She had these symptoms after 1 week of having sex now she thought I deliberatly given her some kind of desease. She do'nt wana see me again and neigther she told me what she had. She is fine now but I'm still having these sysmptoms.
