Hello I bought some menthol liquid capsules from boots

You snap them open and rub the liquid on a Muslin cloth and have it near your baby

I found them very good

Also used saline nose spray

Thank you will have a look! I’ve just tried the snuffle nose vapour oil, put some drops in warm water in our room it has helped a little not as stuffy as she usually is. Also got a humidifier that really helped too, was wondering if I could add the vapour oil in my humidifier, any ideas?

Sorry I haven’t got a clue about putting oil into a humidifier But the saline was good and safe maybe give that a go

A gp recommended Sterimar baby nasal spray to us which is similar to saline drops but in a spray. That worked pretty well to loosen up blocked nose and our baby then sneezed out the snot!
