Hey ladies hope you are all well. So this is my first pregnancy, I’m around 8 weeks pregnant. I’ve been having brown discharge for about 2 weeks now. Has anyone has this before?
Prior to this I was unexpectedly bleeding, went in for a scan the baby was fine. However I still have this brown discharge. It’s been almost two weeks now.

Hey lovely, I’m all good now. No longer getting the discharge, I’m assuming it was just old blood leaving the uterus. I’m due for my 3 month scan soon.
Hi im so glad I came across your post. I am 8 weeks pg so a little behind you and am having exactly the same. Brown/yellow discharge like a very light period for a few days, had a bright red streak on some tissue yesterday morning with period type mild cramps. Now its back to brown again. Its frustrating that the professionals don't actually explain why it may be happening and just tell you to rest. I have had to trawl through the web and allsorts of horror stories to find any reassurance.
Anyway im glad that things are progressing well for you. Good luck with your 12 week scan xx
Aww I know how you feel, I felt exactly the same way. I was searching so much but I had to stop as I didn’t want to get scared about it. I was surprised myself when the doctors told me they didn’t know why. A few days after the bleeding I had a transvaginal scan and thank god everything was okay. I hope everything is well with you. Xx
Im sure it will be as i had an early scan last Wednesday due to painful cramps before this started. And an abdominal US showed babys heartbeating and estimated 6-7 weeks 😊. I cant see why anything should have changed for the worse since then. But the EPAU midwife I spoke to yesterday said it might be a spontaneous miscarriage but have a quiet weekend and ring gp on Monday 🙄Thanks again for posting!
