Hi there, congratulations on getting pregnant! As far as I know the skull/nub theory is an elementary process of detecting foetus gender. It's based on the structure and size of the skull that you can see on the scan. The nub is to refer to the angle of nub which is also significant in this determination. Inpiste of the guidelines online, I'm not sure if one can do that all by themselves or it takes special training to do so. I guess from the pictures you shared that either you're seeking to master this determination yourself or want someone who've already done it successfully before to help you out. I guess the gender determination test is more efficient than this theory... unless it's banned in your country better to go for that instead of trying to do the nub/skull theory. I'm no expert so whatever I gathered is from voracious online digging into reproductive physiology. That's the only good thing about infertility that in hope of finding answer to your own condition you get to know so much on the whole process.
