Once again clever lady for explaining
🤔 This might explain other pain..
Allodynia is an uncommon symptom that can result from several nerve-related conditions. When you’re experiencing it, you feel pain from stimuli that don’t normally cause pain. For example, lightly touching your skin or brushing your hair might feel painful.

And, it is common to experience pain with a diagnosis of Cerebellar Ataxia….I have a lot of muscular pain myself.
Once again thankyou I can deal with the wobly walking but the pain is difficult
I agree with you..pain can be very disabling.
Generally speaking..stretching is recommended to loosen tight muscles, it has helped me at times.
🤔 Can your GP offer help with this. I know you live in France.
My neurologist didn't explain but did prescribe pregabalin for low level pain. X
