We don't know because the ataxia doctors have their own research and other agenda when dealing with us patients. I am not a doctor but have been able to see this in my appointments. It's good to be part of this forum, so we can learn and self help with "Google doctor" 😃

Thanks for keeping us informed of this. I wish the ataxia doctors would consider this in our treatment. I find the doctors specially the physio therapists have a different agenda. Last time you gave me such great ideas but the physiotherapist ignored it ... When will ataxia be taken seriously .... It seems that we have become research guinea pigs ... Sorry about the venting ...

🙂 It’s good to know it was helpful. I can empathise, these symptoms are a daily challenge.

Just emailed my neuro and she replied in her usual know-it-all fashion that Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction disorders were connected to the cerebellar ataxia. Duh!
