Anyone symptoms start with constantly clearing thoart I just can't help but constantly worry every time I think something could be a symptom x

Hi Lola,

I had that due to a post nasal drip. It would get better with anti histamines, but someone suggested to look up low histamin foods on google. I avoided high histamin foods like dairy products, tomatoes, and so on and I imediately stopped having the need to clear my throat(had been doing it all my life, at least as far as I could rememeber) histamineintolerance.org.uk...

It helped me, maybe worth a try.

Hi isabella he does suffer allergies such as hay fever especially.

That was my case as well, I lived on allergy pills everyday. Since watching my diet, it no longer need them, except in every occasionaly in spring or autum.

I have this but have assumed it’s because I have Sjögren’s Syndrome - which makes my throat very dry. I take antihistamines and Ranitidine - which I believe dry me out more but without them I get GERD and can’t sleep. I avoid dairy and acid foods.
