take it to citizens advice for help in filling it in
If it is rejectected, appeal, it normaly is accepted on appeal
Everyone seems to have very different experiences - mine was horrible.
Taping is hard but you can demand a copy of everything they have - they HATE that - very interesting reading though! Have someone there, taking notes.
This is a good site

Always appeal if necessary
Good luck x
Agree with gossy, get help filling it in. I was lucky as my Housing Association offer a service for this. But be careful, there are some people who offer to help but will expect a fee.
Basically, you need to be honest but succinct and dont be 'shy' about your symptoms. Think of how you are affected on a 'bad' day and not how you are the day you complete the form.
GOOD LUCK
Hi celtic1888, I did mine not long ago, it took me ages to fill in the form as it is a large booklet. I answered all my questions on my very bad days and made sure I told them I do not have any good days. I enclosed hospital and doctors letters , plus my doctor gave me a letter to give them saying she agreed with my claim as I would not get better and I enclosed photos of scans. I had to go to a face to face appointment but she only asked me the same questions what were on the form and did not examine me, so I did not see the point of this, I suppose it is so they can see you maybe. Be sure to write down all your problems even minor ones. I find forms stressful to be honest, hope all goes ok for you.
