Just got my new electric wheel chair. It's very good but I think I should have L plates!! I will have to get busy with the Polifilla to repair the damaged door frames I can do that myself while sitting on the floor!!!
A bit of advice. Don't let sky charge you too much. Phone them
and ask for a reduction as you don't use everything and other suppliers are cheaper. Sky reduced mine by £50 and I have got just what I want.
If you live on your own contact your council as there is a reduction in rates for one person in a house and also there are allowances for disabled people
Always ask and as Martin Lewis advises. HAGGLE
Good luck. Ted

A new electric wheelchair by jove...... if we lived closer Ted, we could meet out at a pub for a beer........ it will give you so much freedom, you wont believe it.....when you go out shopping in it remember to turn down the speed when you go into a shop!!
I am not sure how I send you a picture unless I have your email address . But I am lead to believe we shouldn't share our email addresses (not quite sure why!!). Put invalid scooters or electric wheel chairs on EBay and you can see the various types and at a greatly reduced price but make sure you know what you are doing
Ted......take a photo of your wheelchair, come on here, on the header page in top right hand corner you click on the icon as if to post on the group, then go to bottom left of page to see a camera icon, click on that and it will access your photos, click on photo of your wheelchair, and it will appear on this group page, then you add title and post as usual..... hoping that helps and no email address passed on.
