Has anyone ever used a shoulder orthosis? Its a shoulder support that stabalises the shoulder to increase movement and minimise pain.

I was hoping to find a nearby supplier of aid supports scuffycat. The shoulder support is to help me drive using hand controls without having any discomfort in my arms and getting cramps in my hands
