This may sound daft. But can you take lemsip when you’ve got asthma.

Well I do - I don't think the ingredients are known to set off asthma?
On the other hand, everyone has different triggers - I can have NSAIDs which are a notorious asthma trigger, but don't affect everyone, but not Vicks because eucalyptus sets me off. So I won't necessarily say 'it's fine' but just that at least some asthmatics, even severe ones, can handle Lemsip ok. The only thing that could be a problem I guess might be the decongestant element, assuming you're not allergic to paracetamol.
I never seen ibuprofen as an ingredient. I know I can’t take that. I’ve had a sore throat for last couple of days and my body’s aching. X
I only know we cannot take ibuprofen/nurofen. Paracetamol is okay, not sure about the aspirin in Lemsip - if the leaflet doesn't have anything about asthma in the contraindications then it should be okay. P
I don't think Lemsip has aspirin in it? Have only seen versions with paracetamol. Aspirin would need caution since it's an NSAID.
Everyone is different with NSAIDs. Some people are fine taking all of them, others can’t handle aspirin, others ibuprofen and some can’t do either. Personally my lungs are fine with aspirin, dislike ibuprofen (but can also behave sometimes 🙄). Personally I’m fine with lemsip
I can’t do Lemsip. Not sure what’s setting me off, but something does.
