Hi everyone,

I have a burning feeling in my lungs everytime i breathe and is quite painful. Im quite short of breath but not sure if its yhe beginning of an attack or just a chest infection. Im reluctant to go to drs or phone 111 as had awful experience in hospital as i am a non wheeze asthmatic...

Having had three asthma attacks in the last couple of months, and the worst lower respiritory tract infection ive ever had last month; its.making me a bit fed up now...

Anyone else had this? Opinions would be great thanks 😀

If you are worried at anytime I’d phone 111. Especially if you have to start and stop quite frequently when talking. They will triage you, and if you have to be assessed they will make this happen. Hope this helps. X

Thanks for the advice, if it gets much worse will give 111 a ring. Just a bit reluctant to as they always direct me to a n e!

Let me know how you get on, but if it is bad, please don’t leave it too long before getting help if need be. Better safe than sorry. X
