Fostair swilling

I am new to fostair and am hoping for a improvement from sybmbicort after a short try on seretide that didn't work for me. I have only been on it for 3 days now and also I don't want to get thrush so am swilling with mouth wash as I take my medication roughly the same time as daily hygiene. I don't know if this is a good idea or not. Does any one else use mouthwash to swill with and what are the chances of getting oral thrush on fostair. I am new to fostair and dont know yet if it will benefit me.

"Whenever you use any inhaler containing an inhaled corticosteroid you should use it via a spacer if possible and always rinse, gargle and spit with water or mouthwash after using the inhaler. This helps to reduce the chance of you suffering from oral thrush which can be a side effect of using inhaled corticosteroids."

I've been on Fostair since the late summer and rinse my mouth with water after I've used and then brush my teeth. I use a spacer as I understand this helps to get more of the medication into your lungs and I've not had any mouth infections.
