Morning all hope well off to rbh today for asthma and allergy clinic I'm going to boil saying 35 degrees today up there got horrible dry tickle cough c how we go have a good day and stay safe in the sun

Pollution high as well, so be very careful Tracey. Do you have some light cotton which you can wet and use to cool you down as the water evaporates? I have a small spray bottle I use. You certainly won't be having much fun. Though I remember you said the people who collect you are very friendly and you can have a laugh. I will be thinking of you.

Hi on way home now breathing not up to scratch spirometry low had blood taken got lots tests to b done when in July stay on 40mg till then x
