Hello New Year

Started oral thrush on the 24th after an allergy attack I think it was my mother's mint green tea 😃

It bit my gum, and inside cheek, tongue started swelling, Mum gave me lemon and water I rinsed and rinsed. Anyway it receded but I went to the pharmacy and got the Fungizone prescription out, 15 days.. well would you believe same thing happens again on New Year's Day! Middle of the night it woke me up. I was ready to call emergency but I reached for the cocacola bottle and gargled for an hour as it was receding again. And this still while on Fungizone..

I suppose we eat more sugary things but this mix of food allergy and oral thrush is a new one. Mum said you need food allergy testing..she's right but that's all I need!

Has anybody ever got anything like it?

No wonder you were able to give me the advice you did earlier as it sounds like you have had a lot of experience dealing with this problem and so much worse than what I have, (which's nasty enough). I have no advice to give, but just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you.

thank you Flossie you are kind. I ve got an appointment at the GP tomorrow they will take a swab and see what bacteria it is..very cheerful..^^
