Had my allergy results today....
Unsurprisingly I'm allergic to dust, grass and tree pollen
The doctor suggested I just go and get an anti-histamine will this lower my high ige count? (I could have just gone and done that anyway)

Hi, taking antihistamines won't lower the count but will deal with symptoms. Varying strength of antihistamines so trial and error. x
Thanks for replying, but I'm not sure what symptoms?
However I am wildly allergic to dust 3.56 and pollen (trees and grasses) 3.66 (the thresold was 0.35 the doctor said, so 10 times what was required)
