Hi, I am new here and thought I would say hi.

I was diagnosed with Asthma when I was 10 years old. I am now 42 so have had

Several bouts of asthma episode. I am currently having a flare up after suffering with a cold.

This morning I have had several times when my breathing has got so bad it has taken me

A while to get it under control. I am seeing my GP in a few hours and am just trying to relax and not over do anything.

I am exhausted trying to just breathe today. Seems weird to say but if I could just have a break from breathing for a bit so I could

Rest!! Feel like an old lady! Not had any asthma problems for 12 months.

Xx

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time at the moment, I know exactly how you feel. I was diagnosed recently and have struggled to breathe normally since about June. I hope that your Drs are able to do something to help but in the meantime take it easy :)

Hi, Thank you for the message :0)

I went to the GP and had a attack in there. Had a nebuliser straight away and felt much better

On a course of steroids, antibiotics and have the nebuliser here at home.

Feeling very fragile but much better. Fingers crossed it stays at bay. Xx
