Got brittle asthma and decided to go on a holiday to Dubai but find the air quite dry over here and been having lots of nosebleeds and a cold since i came. Also peakflows are much more chaotic and lower than usual. Any ideas of what i could do about the dry air? Its mostly from the constant air conditioners. And also what could i take for the nosebleeds? Its giving me so much annoyment now?

Vaseline up the nose?? Dry air in a hot place is tricky, id usually say bowl of water under a radiator...but there presumably arent any radiators around!! Is there a warm spot you could keep a bowl of water?? Or maybe just occasionally sitting in a room with a shower running??
