Mould in the house

Hi,

I recently (a few weeks ago) found some mould in the ceiling of my bathroom and on both sides of the wall between the bathroom and kitchen. The landlord has been around to have a look and tried to seal the bath properly on Friday but when he removed the old seal some of the wall came loose and exposed a lot of mould that was in the wall cavity. I have since then had real problems with my asthma where I cough all the time, wake up several times during the night and need my rescue inhaler daily. The landlord doesn’t seem to take it seriously and I think he will just try to make the bathroom look pretty instead of actually dealing with the mould. Is there anything I can do? Can I get someone from the city council to come around and figure out what kind of mould it is or something like that..?
