anybody on methotrexate

If anybody is I would like to chat my head is spinning I was told yesturday i couldnt leave hospital until monday and today they said u can go home but we are putting u on methotrexate and it sounds like scary stuff just would like to see any experiance with it ..cant google its awful

well i took it yesturday and have felt sick as a dog since but lets hope it works

Hi I have been taking Methotrexate for the past 10 months, Ihave experienced side effects the worst being severe hair loss. I really haven't noticed a change in my asthma at all and as I don't know anyone else on it I've been at a loss to know if it's worth taking.X

Sorry but is it an immunosuppressive drug usually used for transplant patients? If so, I am on cyclosporin.

If your issue is with feeling nauseous after taking it, I have found that if I have a small snack before taking it, I am not so nauseous.
