asthma review this afternoon

lucky me having two doctors appiontment today, have to have blood test this morning and flu jab and asthma review this afternoon, i am a bit scared as dont like needles and bit scared about asthma review as struggling with asthma and bit scared to ask her for a refferal and try other meds as not met her before

not sure anyone likes needles! lol..if you are struggling please let them know... they are there to help you.. so they need to know what works for you and what doesn't.. they will maybe try different meds until one of them helps you... not ever drug helps everyone the same way...I have had mine changed many times...hope the review goes well and she is able to help you... don't be afraid to ask questions, that's what they're there for! good luck!
