sorry another swine flu and asthma question

I have been feelign very up and down recently with my asthma but yesterday played golf. The person I played golf with announced half way round that she had jsut suffered with swine flu. she was disanosed with it two weeks previously. This morning I feel very run down but not siur eif it is coincidence or i have got bugs.

Just wondering if anyone knows how long you carry the virus for before it had gone and you are not contagious. I am jsut worried the person I was playing with may have beeen better form swine flu but still able to carry it?

I am going to phjone the gp later as chest not right either.
