Orciprenaline

Hi

I've been started on Orciprenaline (as Alupent syrup) and I wasnt really given much of an explanation about why Im now on it apart from that it is a Bronchodilator and that it would help with my breathing. I'm on home nebs,theophylline,montelukast etc, does it work any differently to the rest of the medication Im already on? Oh and if anyone has tried it, have they found it effective at all?
