I've been started on Orciprenaline (as Alupent syrup) and I wasnt really given much of an explanation about why Im now on it apart from that it is a Bronchodilator and that it would help with my breathing. I'm on home nebs,theophylline,montelukast etc, does it work any differently to the rest of
