pf up but still struggling!!!!!

i bet this this question has been asked before,

my pf is 510 this morn,best is 520,

so why do i feel worse than yesterday when it went down alot lower than it is today,

does this happen to anyone else?

im confused (not hard for me)

Mine does this, my peak flow is around 450-470 but I can still have off days and my peak flow can still be the same. Its very odd. I go off my symptoms and treat my asthma based on those. If I feel like I need to take it easy even though my peak flow is ok I do. it is confusing though. At the moment the weather is playing havoc with my lungs when it has been wet I've been struggling and then its been dry and I've been perfectly fine.
