    only just seen your post so sorry for the delay in a response, hopefully your lil one is better by now, how is she doing?

    coughing and wheezing are symptoms of asthma yes, but also a sign of viral wheeze in little ones, though in children younger. we cannot diagnose on here, only advise

    i saw this a lot in my previous job - childrens staff nurse on general ward. feel free to message me.

    does the reliever- blue inhaler help her wen she is coughing, wheezing?

    i think its best you definitely go back to the gp, explain whats been going on. have alist of questions with you and explain:

    DATES:

    DEFINITELY EXPLAIN FAMILY HSTORY, AND HISTORY OF HAYFEVER/EZCEMA...

    WHAT TRIGGERS EACH COUGHING EPISODE:

    DOES BLUE INHALER HELP EACH EPISODE:

    WHAT TRIGGERS EACH WHEEZE;

    INHALER HELP?

    does she have any allergies? maybe the gp could do some allergy testing as she may have an allergy like hayfever or dust thats making her cough + wheezy, that can be managed with anti-histamines.

    hope u get the answers you need and your daughter is well :)
