The temperature here in the Vale of Glamorgan is 2 deg and I have to go to the next village for a visit to the nurse I am feeling lazy and really don't want to bother. I will go because my husband will chivvy me along so I will make him buy me a hot chocolate and a bun in Greggs thats fair isn't it.......

Sounds pretty fair to me a hot chocolate and a bun, what more could a girl want.

Wendells we had a little Rugby match over here at the weekend, something called the 6 Nations I think. . I believe Wales may have won, they all got very dirty.

Going to see the nurse is another of the joys we get with this better than pushing up daffodils if we don't go eh.

You will be fine, very often when I don't really want to go out and I force myself I feel much better for it.

Well back home again bad news and good news, bad news lung funtion down, good news nurse gave me an ecg and my heart is still ticking, still have the chest pains though, bad news again have to go to hospital tommorrow for chest exray more bad news back to nurse on monday but as you say it's better than pushing up the daffodils and the hot choc was delish. xx
