I do believe it to be the only place in the world where you get the real stuff and not the watered down or canned rubbish that you get anywhere else.

Just remember you cant bring to much back into the country as it loses its body when going across the border.

Go to The Storehouse in Dublin. Fab place. Dublin is so friendly and the Storehouse is wonderful. I cannot remember if there is a lift but if you it slowly and walk up through all the different sections when you get to the top (wonderful view of Dublin) you will be given a free Guiness (and after that walk you will probably need it). Well worth it. Ireland is a beautiful country. Have a lovely time. x

I drank the Black stuff for 40 years and now I cannot have one single drop.Due to the medication I am on(up to 16 varieties a day) any alcohol would probably see me off. But I hope you enjoy your medication.A little of what you fancy does you good.

Hi There, we are going to Letterkenny for the 1st time we like to see the different St Patricks Day marches and compare them no one touches Dublin, but some of the smaller towns put up a great show as everyone gets involved.even with some bad weather it does not take the smile of their faces, mattcass.

Never been to Ireland but going there in August for my friend's son's wedding his fiance lives in Trym. Will try some of that medicine lol
