I was originally told that I couldn't claim any benefits as I could dress myself and make a meal. It wasn't until I went into hospital about a lung transplant that the social worker thought I should be claiming and completed the forms for me. I now receive D.L.A. Evidently although I can do all these things it is the time it takes to do them. Hope this is some help. Susie Q
