After a bad night woke up at 11. Went to loo then and walked back to bedroon at 12:45. Can't remember a thing in between but had washed and cleaned teeth etc. Bit worried, has this happened to anyone else?

All depends what your condion is ...
Asleep will do dazisnotsogood LOL
Ha Ha, but it took me a while. I like it as an answer though.
No, not normal - just careless
I've fallen asleep on the loo before now, and woken up there, washed hands etc still half asleep, before going back to bed
Iv'e never had a memory lapse that long, but short term memory is not as good as it was. I have put it down to not working anymore, hence my mind is less active and is becomeing annoyingly lazey. Of course it could be lack of oxygen to the brain, the tablets I am taking or just old age creeping in . Well I am 53 going on 80 now Ha Ha .
Thanks for that, I'm going with fell asleep on the loo as getting old is not an option but I do feel as if the mind and body are getting lazy.
All through my life. I used to travel between Doncaster and Birmingham quite frequently. The route I took was A 416 to Nottingham, pick up the ring road, A453 and I don't remember the rest. ( but not bad from the 60's). Anyway I was driving along one day and suddenly "came to" , not knowing where I was where I was going nor which road to take !!!!!
An hour and a half, no probs.
Don't worry alwayssmiling , the things I forget sometimes eeeek.
Take care
Chris
Not going to worry, going with fell asleep. Shame we can't forget the bad things and only remember the good. But then it's everything that makes up a happy and varied life. Take care, look up some more lyrics please, Afraid I'm stealing lines and verses and putting them in a words that mean something to me document. Hope you don't mind, if you do I'll sadly delete them. Thanks

I also lost some time, but not the way you did. The other night I went to bed at about 10pm feeling really tired after a full day with my daughter. I woke to use the loo and noticed the time on the wall clock was 5 to 5. I remember thinking, "Wow, the whole night without a pee!" I felt pretty good, well rested and wide awake but decided to cruise for another half hour or so before getting up to make coffee. Anyway, when I peeped at the time again, the clock showed it was 20 past 2 I sat bolt upright! Whaaaaat???????????
Yep, you've got it - 5 to 5 was actually 25 past 11. Not only did I feel an absolute dumbo but I was madazell that I couldn't get back to seep for the rest of the night!
So you really only need 1.5 hours sleep a night really. Lucky you
No, thank heavens! Boy, when I sleep properly, I don't muck around - 9 -10 hrs straight is no bggie for me. I don't know why that night was soooo oddball - perhaps I had a lot going on in my mind, but that 1,5 hrs felt like a whole night to me. I was wide awake and as mad as a rattle snake that I couldn't get back to sleep again!
Leonie.
I lost a whole day once many years ago. I got up at 7.30 am , washed, dressed and generally got ready for work. Next thing I know it was 5pm and I was still at home. Have no memory of those hours at all. I know I didn't sleep. Weird!
