Oh so true Richard! We all need to step back and let all the small delights enter our hearts.

To much doom and gloom, on the tv,newspapers etc,people tend to get a bit too immersed in it all.

We probably all need to lighten up a bit more!

Yes, had a good breathe easy group for a while,they are very beneficial with the excercises, and getting various speakers in.Unfortunately not so good at moment.(wont go into the details!)

But everyone should join one if possible,lots of laughs, information etc,& just being with people that know what you are going through.Happy Xmas, Wendells xx
