well done Mark, sounds pretty healthy decision. But like the others I have a vice of sorts its choccy biscuits. Not good for the waist line but have to have some sort of treat

well done Mark, i was diagnosed with copd 2006, still cant stop smoking, ive tried every possible thing going,i guess you got good willpower.

I gave up fags a long time ago now due to copd. And now don't even think of one let alone crave. However, give up an evening drink and I may as well stop breathing. Got to have something in my life Driving is a must, of course not when I have any drink in me, as otherwise I would at my stage of copd be a total recluse in my home..Well done though.
