Are salt pipes a good idea? |I have read the information and think they coyud be a good back up to usual medication.

Thanks, Zoee. I have found all the info. useful. Just didn't want solitair to be another toy. I appreciate studying this forum - friendly people. My problems are mild compared to some. I have mild asthma, bronchiectasis, which has slowed me up considerably. I am prone to frequent chest infections. I am on frequent antibiotics. I have an excellent respiratory nurse, Nichole. Cant complain - I am pretty ancient.
I bought one a few years ago and it was a waste of money!
We paid nearly £40 for one, and it was useless.

I think everything helps a bit. I had one, used it for a while, if it helped at all, it wasn't dramatic. Don't expect too much...
