Excellent advice Julie. The key is to try to recognise your symptoms as early as possible. I'm lucky inasmuch as I also have the benefit of being monitored regularly by a Respiratory Nurse who is only at the end of the phone in an emergency. Good luck to everyone over the coming winter months.
