Hi Guilio I tried Salitar a couple of years ago after seeing it on morning tv it was Dr. Chris (thats what they used to call him) who was saying how good it was, he said his secretary had asthma and was much better after using it.

I tried it for a couple of months but never found any benefit in it, I still have it sat in the cupboard in the kitchen, but what does not work for me might for you so try it you have nothing but a few pounds to loose, and it might just work.

Thanks for your reply. I am using one at the moment, last seven days. Cough more, get rid of more gunk, but mouth tastes of salt! Presume it will do no harm, but MAY improve breathing long term. I have copd. I won't let it grind me 'in the dust'!

I haven't used this yet but am going to order them.. After reading of the Benefits of the Salt Caves..

My daughter bought me a salt lamp, bless her she thought it would help. I think maybe living in a salt cave would be the answer lol.
