Horsey cough

Hi with copd and emphysema I keep getting a horsey voice, I don't know a lot about it, I was wondering if other people get it? Or is it nothing to do with copd, I see. To keep getting it, 🫠

My voice has certainly dropped since taking inhalers, even though I do rinse my mouth after taking them. But some of it could be due to acid reflux too.
