Definitely invest in a decent mould for that one ... I had a wedding cake collapse on me the day before ... it was a real hot day and nothing was working or going my way... I ended up driving to Tescos and buying what was cakes already done with fondant ...I bought 3 popped them together and decorated them all ...it was the worst ever experience.... nobody noticed anything untoward 😂😂😂

Oh no! What a fiasco! And well recovered! I did use a sander to achieve a perfectly flat top on one of my wedding cakes, worked like a dream😂 It was a very simple design so had to be executed perfectly! xx
