Hello everybody.....I hope you are as well as you can be :)

Has anybody here been or is being treated by Seacroft Hospital in Leeds? I would like to hear about your experience.

Please message me direct as I don`t want to upset anybody or put them in a vulnerable situation.

Many thanks in advance

It looks to be a big teaching hospital, but I've not been able to find any reviews online so far.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I just want to find the right consultant after seeing 3 respiratory consultants and getting nowhere. Any body know of one in East Riding of Yorkshire or within driving distance?

What about Wythenshawe as they are more speciality snd do have cystic fibrosis units

I`ve looked at Wythenshawe website and it sure looks like the best place for Lungies but it would be a 200mile round trip on the dreaded M62 which has accidents and delays every day! That said.....if I don`t get anywhere this time I will just have to bite the bullet and go there....

The Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust has specialised bronch clinic. Dr Ian Clifton and DrGuilia Spoletina are the consultants. They have a full back up of specialised nurses and physiotherapists. It does not say which hospital in Leeds this is but I am sure that you will be able to find. You can find this info by googling Leeds Teaching Hospitals Bronchiectasis.

Thanks to everybody who took the time to reply. I feel like I am just not with the right consultant. They say they are Bronch specialists but dont do half of what I have read on here others do for their patients. Its a blooming lottery trying to fins the right person to help me.

Thank you again
