How strange that's exactly how I go in the morning... get up shower and dressed downstairs by 5.30 ... Get Sadie outside and feed her ... I have a cup of tea when that's done ... then I have toast and banana with another tea .. before I go out a coffee in my thermos just to boost me up a bit .🥰
