Hi Troilus. It's free You contact them and they will send you a code to tap in to access it. Even an illiterate like me can manage it. I've found the previous two conferences very interesting, if only to discover that some highflying researchers are taking an interest in bronch. Hard to concentrate for a whole day but worth it. xxx
