I agree with sassy59, these are very striking and lovely! May I ask what size canvas you use? I'm an artist myself and I always enjoy seeing your work
Reply (1)Report
Thank you helNel7 . Normally I use A4 or A3 - For this I used two Eight inch square canvases.

Thank you for letting me know I'm very fond of the square format myself, I think I like the symmetry! - Helen

No problem.I like square when possible Helen , I also with square like taping the 4 sides with some paintings, to get a nice white border,

I like these paintings, they could almost be billboard posters for a theatrical production. But right now what I love is they make me feel warm! It is so cold but somehow just looking at these i feel like I’m out in the sunshine. Thank you 😊

Thank you HungryHufflepuff - It has been a long cold winter HH - I could do a week on the Savana.

So much feeling in the paintings Ern. I think HungryHufflepuff took the words right out of my mouth - the yellows and oranges spread warmth. Lots of love and virtual hugs. Jan (in a very soggy and cold Birmingham) xxxx

I really, really like these! Maybe two bunnies looking up at the moon, or the sun, with their backs toward you?
Reply (1)Report
I will try and think about that one Sharon and see if there is a way, The lion has half a profile.

Hi Ern I agree with what others have said. Great paintings (as always) and coming out of your comfort zone was a good idea 🙂. Can I ask - what does 'diptych' mean? xxxx
